Billing Department
PSIP has an experienced and professional Billing staff. This department is
customer service oriented and HIPAA compliant. Our dedicated staff takes the
time to contact clinics, patients and insurance companies for missing
information or verification for submitting correct claims.
Our Certified Medical Coder strictly adheres to the CPT and ICD9 coding
regulations and is dedicated to the submission of “clean” claims.
PSIP is a contracted Preferred Provider with most of the major insurance
companies. We have specific staff members knowledgeable in the requirements of
individual insurance’s specifications so that we can follow-up or appeal denials
on behalf of the patient and/or PSIP.
Credit card payments are accepted for MasterCard or Visa by phone with no fee.
We also will work with patients on payment plan contracts with no interest
charged.
